Using Eventility to manage and promote your ticketed event.

  • Create a Ticketed Event

When creating any one-off event, simply check the box to make it a ticketed event.

Sell event tickets online

Remember to include your own Terms and Conditions (or a link to them) in the event description field.

  • Add Ticket Types

Once your event has been created go to the [Edit Tickets] Tab and configure your tickets for sale.

Use the [Add New Ticket Type] button to open the "Ticket Details" form and enter the Name, Description, Price, Number Available and Max / Person.

Set the ticket status to "Available", choose a date for the sales to end, agree to the Eventility Terms & Conditions and Content Policy then press [Save]. For a quick walkthrough this process play the support video below.

  • Turning Tickets On

Once you are happy with your selection of tickets ensure your contact details and PayPal email address (of the PayPal account you would like your revenues paid) are updated by using the  links. You are ready to make your tickets live by pressing the blue button! Turn Tickets on Button

  • Inviting People

Use the links beneath the Invitee List to Invite people to your event. You can also re-invite those who have not responded. The invitee list shows the status of your invites and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Please Note: Anyone can purchase tickets to your public event without an invite (for example by finding your event listing on the site). They will appear in your ticket report, but not the invitee list.

  • Ticket Reports

Towards the bottom of the 'Edit Tickets' tab you will see your ticket reports. The revenue table shows which tickets have been sold, and how much revenue you have collected. The door list shows the names of the ticket holders, together with their ticket ID. Each ticket is assigned a unique ID and for added convenience it can be scanned on the door for comparison with your door list, by using a QR code reader on your smart-phone.
